Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AADIJAGANNATH platform (www.a2pay.net) and services provided by AADIJAGANNATH FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
AADIJAGANNATH provides merchant services including payment gateway integration, merchant onboarding, transaction monitoring dashboards, and compliance support. We operate as an authorized channel partner of RBI-licensed payment aggregators and do not directly hold or process customer funds.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must register an account and complete KYC verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Merchant Obligations
Merchants using our platform agree to: (a) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (b) Not use our services for illegal or prohibited activities; (c) Maintain proper records of transactions; (d) Promptly respond to chargeback and dispute requests; (e) Not engage in fraudulent transactions.
5. Fees & Payments
Fees for our services are as agreed upon during onboarding. Transaction processing fees are deducted automatically from settlements. We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the AADIJAGANNATH platform are owned by AADIJAGANNATH FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform for its intended purpose only.
7. Limitation of Liability
AADIJAGANNATH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for losses arising from third-party payment processing failures.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we suspect violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
